When a purchase is canceled always refund to the same method of payment.
Shipping
By many people request, I finally decide to change shipping method, now all orders they will be sent by ordinary post, but you can choose a registered post when paying your items.
I can not be responsible for packages once shipped with ordinary shipping. I recomended registered shipping which requires the customer's signature on the receipt, you have tracking number and insurance. Arrive in about 7 ~ 15 days to most places in Europe and up to 30 in the world wild.
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address upon time of purchase and note that all duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
I appreciate your business so I try to keep the shipping charges to a minimum. I understand that the shipments of Spain is expensive, but that is not in my hand.
If you have a registered shipping, It is buyer's responsibility to track their own packages using the registered tracking number which I will update once I have mailed out the package.
Please note that all packages are shipped from Spain.
